Age management medicine is the science of optimizing the body’s nutritional, physical, and hormonal status.  The idea is not necessarily to extend life but rather to prolong the youthfulness of the human physiology.

After a lifestyle assessment and thorough review of the blood work, recommendations are made regarding hormone replacement. Hormone levels, growth hormone and testosterone, tend to deteriorate as we age, this program is designed to replace deficiencies not to put you into a supra-physiologic state.

The target ranges are generally a range that you would have been in at the age of 25. Replacement is founded in evidence-based medicine and supported by multiple studies in peer reviewed journals.

Exercise is the foundation for healthy living; a person that works out regularly has a lot more energy and capacity to endure life's situations in a healthier way, plus it releases endorphins also known as hormone of happiness.
